195 pounds. That's 20 down, but I don't see much difference.
Hi. I'm Kassandra. I'm 21 years old, and have been overweight for most of my life. I'm looking to change that while I'm still young. I have come a long way so far, from being 215 lbs. to 168. I still have weight to lose, but I'm determined to lose it and to strive for the best health I can possibly achieve.
Well, I'm sick and tired of being fat, so I'm gonna make this pattern stop. I think my ideal weight would be somewhere around 130-145. When I started using Spark People, I set my goal at 155. Then, I kind of felt that 130-145 was wishful thinking. At the time, I weighed 215. Now, at 168, it's looking more realistic. I know I can do it. Once I reach my 155 goal, I'll set another one to put me in my ideal weight range.
I am a pescatarian. I started doing that because I felt that eating meat was preventing me from losing weight. I didn't ever figure out if that was the case, but I feel better overall not eating meat except for the occasional fish. I am on no special diet. I just try to avoid high-fat foods, enriched flour, and refined sugars. When I do get an urge to eat some of this stuff, I share it with someone. I just started attending a university that has a workout facility. I have to pay for it with tuition, so it'd be a waste for me not to use it. I go 5 times a week.
I'm going to post new photos soon. I Have made progress, and want to show off my new me. I have to take photos first, though.
