My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight, become fit, & change my lifestyle so I can keep the weight off!

The above goals were set when I first joined the site, & as I continue on this journey, they change constantly. There are so many little things I never thought of, like being able to pull down once tight pants without un-doing the button, climbing stairs without being windy, going shopping and realising you're a size (or two) smaller. All the little things add up to the bigger picture!

My Program:
I am choosing healthier foods to eat & weighing out my choices as well as tracking them, drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily, and incorporating exercise into my life.

Personal Information:
I live in Val Caron, ON, and have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. I have been overweight my whole adult life, and most of my teen years, and I am ready to tranform into a healthier, more fit person.

Other Information:
I love to read, watch football and hockey. My kids are very active, playing hockey & soccer, so I love watching them play sports as well.
My new found love is also zumba!
