Trying to keep my baby weight gain to under 30lbs.
I live in a small city in Saskatchewan, Canada and work in human resources. I am currently on mat leave and love taking care of my baby boy Kason. I have an awesome family and a great support system!

Thank you for your comments on my blog! Those are great suggestions and will definitely keep my mind off things. I really do have a lot of things I could be doing around the house. This will give me an excuse to actually do them :)
Good luck to you too. If it works this month (I"m not counting myself out just yet) I will be induced on June 24th at 35 weeks (because of my two stillbirths and one being right at 38 weeks, they aren't taking chances this time). Then if it didn't work this month, next cycle my induction would be the end of July. Personally for me a September baby would be ideal because I will have to be on bed rest in the hospital from 28 weeks on and that would mean bedrest would be while I"m on summer vacation (I"m a teacher) so I wouldn't miss any work . Though I'd be thrilled if it happened before that :)
I was just reading some of my old blogs and found a wonderful comment from you. I came here to thank you, and I see that it's also the quote on your page!
"Everything works out in the end, if it hasn't worked out, it's not the end!" That was August 2008. Today I find myself in similar emotional and life upheaval, and I'm so glad to find this quote again.
Hi! Thanks for your blog comment! I had a c-section, too! It's been 8 weeks, but sometimes when my daughter leans hard on me (my 2 year old, not the newborn, lol) it still feels like it pulls my skin painfully. The doctor told me some of the skin where the nerves are reconnecting is never going to feel the same way. But really I had an easy recovery. I started doing exercise a little early because I felt so good. But I took it slow and just started really pushing myself at about 5-6 weeks. That's exactly what happens to me when I'm watching something - I have stuff to do and I totally forget about it when something's on! I will realize at the end of the day that I meant to do this, that, and the other thing and that it didn't even occur to me to do them! It zaps my brain into obedience, lol. Good luck battling it yourself!
