Dietitians Are Human, Too!

I have let life get in the way of health, and have jumped up 15 extra pounds -- isn't that the OPPOSITE way I was trying to go?? ;-)

So, the guests have left, work has returned to normal, and I am going to pump this out! Back to my clean eating, back to my P90X, and back to LIFE!

Thanks for my goodie! I was tempted several times to just say I was due any day now so they would think how small I was for being 9 months pregnant!

if you have a lay over of four or five hours you can explore the area around the airport. There are buses that go to a nearby village that I think has a temple and some other things that are worth seeing. I think you can go out with just your passport. Rules may have changed and you will have to go through screening to get back in but may be worth the trip.

i have not gone because I am chicken to go alone. if I had someone with me I would give it a try. I think part of this is I did not really start traveling until i was in my mid 50's...

I have been gone for awhile so just saw your message.

I eat pretty much what you're eating right now, sans meat. Mostly I eat fresh vegetables, mostly raw. I add in some nuts and seeds and stuff like ground flax, chia seeds, hemp seeds, hemp protein powder, spirulina...I make my own soy yogurt. I was making my own tempeh, haven't in bit. I make vegetable stock from all the vegetable scraps I accumulate. I sprout loads of stuff and want to get into sprouting in earth, stuff like sunflower seeds...I, too, eat very little fruit although I'm in a more relaxed phase right now.

Some time ago you spoke about exercising on the jungle gym, at the playground, wherever. Maybe you associated it with a paleo approach. Along with a strong power yoga practice, I've been getting more and more into bodyweight exercise and calisthenics.
