In January I found SP and decided I was going to lose weight. Then I did nothing! In May I realized that none of my shorts from last summer fit (which were new last summer because I couldn't fit into anything from the summer before!). That was it! I was determined to make a change.

In the past two months I have lost 30 pounds! 20 came off like nothing the first month of exercise. The next 10 just came off and it took A LOT more work.

I started at 250lbs! I'm 5'3".... not healthy AT ALL! I'm currently at 219lbs. I'd like to eventually be around 130lbs. I know that this is going to be a long process but I am determined to get there!

Just getting the first 30 pounds off has made such a huge difference for me. My back doesn't hurt, my feet don't hurt, I don't get out of breath going up the stairs. I have more energy. I'm in a better mood, and I feel REALLY good about ME!

UPDATE: August 18th... 208lbs!! 41lbs gone! I started C25K this week... I finished day 2 today and I feel fantastic!

UPDATE: September 2oth... 196lbs!!! I'm officialy in ONE-derland! This is a fantastic feeling ! I haven't been under 200 pounds in almost 10 years! Still working on C25K I'm starting Week 6... it's so rewarding!

UPDATE: November 3rd... 187lbs! I've been relaxing a bit and have kind of stuck around this weight for about a month. Oh well... I'm back on the wagon and ready to kick some more butt!! I finished C25K and I will be running my first ever official 5K on FRIDAY!! I'll be sure to blog that one!!

Update: Feb 24th... I hit 158!! WooT!! I'm feeling so good. I've started B210K and I'm currently on week 4. Next up is Half Training. I'm so excited to run the Crim in August!

UPDATE: April 20th... This morning I weighed in at 149.8! I'm so close to meeting my goal! I'm still running and trying VERY hard to stay motivated to do strength training.... I'm not very good at that yet!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100 pounds!

I want to be HEALTHY!

I'd like to buy jeans in a "regular" size not a "plus".

I'd like to have a spring in my step and not feel like I'm hiding from the world!

I want to keep up with my 2 wonderful daughters... and my super awesome hubs!!

My Program:
I do at least 60 minutes of cardio every day.

I use a total gym to work on my srength training. I'm really trying hard to actually complete this 3 times a week. (I hate strength training!)

I just started the C25K program... I'm so excited!
