Hi there, K, Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you! I had a busy couple of days. My husband and I took our two year old swimming on Friday, and then we went to grab a quick bit before grocery shopping. I did OK! We went for Mexican food and I got a coujple of bean and cheese tacos. I ate all the lettuce off my son's plate, too. ;) I stayed well withing my calorie range for the day, so I was pleased with myself! Then Saturday we went to brunch with family, and I did pretty well there, too! I had a BLT on wheat with sweet potato fries. I stayed within my calorie range yesterday, too. It has been a while since I have been able to succeed on the weekends..they are usually really hard for me! I weigh in tomorrow, so hopefully I will do all right. My exercise was good, this week too, though I did cut back a little bit as I think I may have been overdoing it a bit. We'll see tomorrow when I weigh in!! I think the low carb (PCOS) lifestyle is it for me...
Well, something is working this week...I am down 3 lbs!!!! I weighed myself four times just to make sure!! LOL. I am so worried I am going to weigh myself tomorrow and it will have all been a mistake! Thanks for the cupport, chickie! It helps in a BIG way! I may have to do my measure on Monday now that I think about it. Gives me Sunday to 'chill' from the weekend and then wake up to a fresh week. Might even start making my Mondays better :) hehe
McDreamy better get his a$$ back online and soon. I have a meeting at 2:30 and he has to prep me for it. grrrrrr They are working on the network where he works and had to log off. I have one hour before I have to leave.
