I know there is a thinner me dying to get out and play!

It's been a while people! Goodness has the time escaped me, and so has my body. One thing I noticed while going through my files on my computer, is most pictures I have are of my face! I wonder why - well other than it's difficult to take a full body shot when you are by yourself - but also because I generally stay out of pictures.

I wonder why - well other than it's difficult to take a full body shot when you are by yourself - but also because I generally stay out of pictures.

I think part of my issues with my weight has been my general unhappiness. I think that makes you hold on to a lot of things mentally and physically. I have chosen to accept me, and make ME happy. I think once you do that, you find that things aren't as stressful. Getting rid of heavy stresses are one of the most difficult things to do too. In 2007, I got rid of my worst stress - my job. My previous employment was with a company just shy of 5 years, and had no room to grow. It was a difficult decision - but it has made me much happier. I did have another job after that, but am now in the best role ever - that of the Buddha Bear's mommy.

My new goal and that is to lose 1-1.5 lbs a week so that I may be at my ideal target weight by Halloween next year.

My Goals:
Keep on a schedule for exercising.

Keep finding healthy foods that the entire family loves.

Quit stressing over little things.

Lose at least 35 lbs by the Buddha Bear's 2nd birthday.

1. Water, water, water!
2. Preplanned meals!
3. Bento my lunch and snackies!
4. Start every morning off with Wii Fit Plus for atleast 30 mintues!

Personal Information:
If the body is a temple - then this Domestic Goddess needs to get it back in order!

Other Information:
I love to WOODBURN!!!! - I am a pyrographer - and have been for a couple years - it is my stress reliever - if only i could do that and the stair stepper at the same time - i would soooo be set!

Hi there, K,
Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you! I had a busy couple of days. My husband and I took our two year old swimming on Friday, and then we went to grab a quick bit before grocery shopping. I did OK! We went for Mexican food and I got a coujple of bean and cheese tacos. I ate all the lettuce off my son's plate, too. ;) I stayed well withing my calorie range for the day, so I was pleased with myself! Then Saturday we went to brunch with family, and I did pretty well there, too! I had a BLT on wheat with sweet potato fries. I stayed within my calorie range yesterday, too. It has been a while since I have been able to succeed on the weekends..they are usually really hard for me! I weigh in tomorrow, so hopefully I will do all right. My exercise was good, this week too, though I did cut back a little bit as I think I may have been overdoing it a bit. We'll see tomorrow when I weigh in!! I think the low carb (PCOS) lifestyle is it for me...

Well, something is working this week...I am down 3 lbs!!!! I weighed myself four times just to make sure!! LOL. I am so worried I am going to weigh myself tomorrow and it will have all been a mistake! Thanks for the cupport, chickie! It helps in a BIG way! And keep up the good work yourself...I think we are going out to eat tomorrow, so I will want to follow your lead!

I may have to do my measure on Monday now that I think about it. Gives me Sunday to 'chill' from the weekend and then wake up to a fresh week. Might even start making my Mondays better :) hehe

McDreamy better get his a$$ back online and soon. I have a meeting at 2:30 and he has to prep me for it. grrrrrr They are working on the network where he works and had to log off. I have one hour before I have to leave.

Sweating bullets.........and every bullet is an ounce ! haha!
