My Goals:
Maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle to feel better, live better, and yes, okay, look better. But mostly the first two.

My Program:
Consume up to 1600 calories/day, made up of healthy fats, proteins and grains as well of plenty of fruits and veggies. As many whole (as opposed to processed) foods as possible.

Record at least 10000 steps per day, with daily physical activity as follows (yes, I am someone who needs structure):

Mon - Body Combat (50)
Tues - Shred (20)
Wed - Shred (20)
Thurs - Body Combat (50)
Fri - Shred (20)
Sat - Body Combat (50)
Sun - Walking/Cycling

I am 24, a teacher, a musician, a writer and a traveller.
