My Goals:
I feel that I need to lose 10 pounds. I want to feel like I looked right after highschool. I really want a toned stomach again, then I would feel as pretty as my husband thinks I am :-)

My Program:
I am eating between 1400-1750 calories a day. I am trying to do cardio at least 2-3times a week and I'm strength training.

Personal Information:
I am an Arkansas girl with five gorgous babies!!! I love gardening, and scouting. and apparently volunteering for crap:)

Other Information:
I loove all books, most movies and I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!
