Prior to getting started with Spark People and Isagenix I was 250lbs, over 100lbs overweight, miserable, depressed and overwhelmed.
I got started in December 2008 and lost 20lbs my first month.
In January of 2009 I joined national IsaBody Challenge and that's when I reset my Spark People tracker.
In February we had a death in a family and I had to go away for few months and off the Isagenix, however I maintained my weight.

Today is November 14th and I have returned to lose remaining 50lbs. I reset the account to reflect new goal.. Let's ROCK!


Here are my goals:

*To write on my blog often. I noticed that when I don't I tend to slip in other areas as well.
*To do 20+ minutes of Cardio daily - 6x a week.
*To do 3 strength session weekly.
*To follow my Isagenix Nutritional Cleanse
*Lose 10lbs per month/ 2.5lbs per week

Big Goals:
Be at my goal weight, healthy body fat% and healthy BMI
Take a picture in my goal outfit and post it on SparkPeople

My Program:
Isagenix Cleanse with lots of butt kicking workouts, such as Turbo Jam, the Biggest Loser workouts and my elliptical pre-loaded iFit workouts.
Personal training 3x a week.
