Baby Weight Be Gone!

2 kids and 50 lbs later, I'm still struggling to lose the baby weight. My little guy just turned 1 so I have decided that since I no longer have a baby in the house, I no longer need this weight!

My Goals:
NEW GOAL!!
By my birthday (Oct 31st) I want to run in a 5K and get my BMI out of "overweight" and into the "normal" weight range!

I really want to get more active with my kids. I am so exhausted by the end of the day, that sometimes I feel like they get left out because I'm so tired.

I also need to work at getting cardio in my schedule every single day. AND force myself to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night - which, let's be honest with ourselves, if you have kids, you know this is near impossible to make happen!

My Program:
The biggest thing I need to do is watch what I eat. I have a tendancy to eat huge portions, snack lots, and eat really really late. I also love my wine! I know that I cannot go crazy and try to do it all at the beginning as I will get worn out.
