Thanks for the advice. I'll try out some flashcards for my next test. . and I think I've got my attitude back on straight. I went to Jazzercise this morning. . and as much as a friggin hate it. . I'm back to tracking food too.
Have you been checked for a thyroid problem? Maybe that is what is keeping you back? Did your perscription help any last week?
Hey, did you get my sparkmail? I was on my work computer. . and for some reason my comments were not posting. Anyway, what I said was:
1) If the perscription helps, more power to you! I tried them once. . but they gave me the shakes. Probably because it was hydroxycut and I was 16.
2) I understand your depression. It's soooo hard to pull yourself out. My problem is that I'm depressed because of the way I look. . and then I eat to make myself feel better. . but then that throws the whole thing into a nasty cycle. For me, Jazzercise has really helped me. It makes me feel good about myself. . and I get a great workout.
I can't wait to friggin weigh in on the 30th. I want to know how I am doing!! My college life hasn't been going so well. I'm in an upper level economic class and I got a D on a test that I totally thought I did well on. I'm worried my weigh in will produce similar results.
Don't worry, I'm not a dead beat spark friend! I made some changes and I'm not using the spark nutrition tracker anymore. I'm also not weighing myself once a week. . because it was discouraging. So basically, I'm not on as much. Anyway, how is your progress?
