My Goals:
Lose 80 pounds.
Regain my fitness and muscle tone.

My Program:
Cardio 20 - 60 minutes 6 days per week.
Strength training 30 - 60 minutes 2 days per week.
Healthy food in appropriate quantities.


Personal Information:
Between my early 20s and 40 years old, I gradually put on 70 pounds. I got on a fitness and nutrition plan and lost it over a year, and maintained for 5 years. Then my mom got breast cancer, and died two years later. During that time I helped care for her, and packed on 80 pounds. It took a little over a year after her death, but I finally found my motivation again and am back on a mission to regain my fitness. I did it before, so I know what to do, I just have to do it - and I am!

Other Information:
I'm married, I am CEO of my own company, I live in the mountains, I enjoy nature photography as a hobby, and I love to walk, hike, and snowshoe. I dislike public workouts and group sports.
