Hello All Dear Friends..Hope all are doing ok and well...I am still loseing weight..and now I am going for a knee replacement AUG 17TH.....I got passed the pain in 2010 now I will do it again......
Well The knee is great and its been 2 long years in losing this weight..I am making it.and had several people ask me how did you do it...ITS A TOOL you work with....and I work with it everyday.......
I got in a size 10 pants......How about that one all...

Well lets see,I want to be able to walk without the pain thats in my legs .I ,Thats one of the main reasons I am going on with my Gastric Bypass.
now as of AUG 17TH I am going to have one of my knees done.....
