I am 26 years old and have a 6 year old son and recently got married!! I have lost 50 pounds along my journey and want to lose another 15 to 20 pounds. I got married in October and just got back for our honeymoon. I put so much pressure on losing weight for the wedding, and then for the honeymoon that I didn't end up losing anymore!

******UPDATE (12/21/11)*******
I am 26 years old and have a 6 year old son and recently got married!! I have lost 50 pounds along my journey and want to lose another 15 to 20 pounds. I got married in October and just got back for our honeymoon. I put so much pressure on losing weight for the wedding, and then for the honeymoon that I didn't end up losing anymore!

Now, with everything off my plate and the pressure gone I feel recommitted and ready to get back on the bandwagon of working out and eating healthy. I feel like I can focus on my healthy lifestyle, food, exercise, and working on my mindset and am super excited for an amazing year in 2012. :-) I'm not putting as much stock in my weight, pant size, or measurements and more emphasis on how I feel, my fitness level and ability, and my mood/self esteem. I realized when we went on our honeymoon and I had the self confidence to wear a bikini EVERY DAY that it doesn't matter if I way 154 pounds or 130, it matters how I see myself at my weight and it matters if I give my body credit for the amazing things it is capable of doing! :-)

I am now a *runner* although I use the term loosely and believe I'm more of a bouncy power walker or perhaps a *jogger* (again, I use the term loosely). Before SP and C25K I would never run unless something seriously frightening was chasing me... now I'm finding I love running.

I am learning how to eat right... eat good, nutritional, balanced foods that fuel my body to do the amazing things and accomplish amazingly challenging tasks I never thought possible.

I am learning to love and respect my body for the things that it can do, and how to work with it in training to some day be able to do the things it cannot do now. My body is an amazing machine and it always will be as long as I treat it that way.

My Goals:

1. Run 3 or more 5ks
2. Finish a half marathon
3. Improve fitness level and abilities (amount of consecutive crunches, pushups, plank time, how fast a run a mile, weights I can lift, et cetera)
4. Get out of my comfort zone once a week, in fitness, in food, in the community, at work, whatev.
5. Try a new recipe once a week
6. Journal at least a little bit every day, record my journey... food, exercise, accomplishments, feelings, room for improvements... so I can look back on what I did right and what I was doing when I struggled.
--- To be continued---

My Program:
I am getting back on track. I am going to work on eating 1400 calories a day plus 1/2 of what I burn in exercise. I am going to eat more balanced meals instead of cramming junk into my calorie restriction. I am going to work out... because I like myself more when I do. I'm going to mix cardio with strength until I feel good and go from there. I'm putting less emphasis on my weight/pant size/ and measurements and more on how I feel, what I can do, and my self confidence.

The little Pisces girl is born to a mother who is a worrier and the little Pisces child picks up all the tension that is in the family and she believes she is to blame. Often the family uses her as a "scapegoat" for its problems saying in effect "If it wasn't for her we'd have life on Easy Street", but she isn't the real problem at all. Pisces escapes to her dream world and finds safety in pets or food. Yes, she can have a weight issue, but she can just as well be a dancer, runner or lead an exercise class. She can be a wonderful artist or a teacher of small children as she knows how to communicate with them.
She gets along best with Scorpio, Cancer, Taurus, Capricorn or Virgo. She can be a great beauty like Elizabeth Taylor. When asked what was different about her from Marilyn Monroe, she answered "No one ran my life but ME." That is what a highly developed Pisces woman needs to learn to say.
Pisces health issues are often with her feet. She can have boils, anemia, skin conditions, allergic reactions to drugs, lymphatic system, problems with the mucous membranes or her liver. Practicing Yoga can be a great help to her.

In Pisces, the Sun is sensitive and idealistic. You are "tuned in" to your environment, and aware of everything happening in your world, and to everyone around you. Pisces is the dream sign of the zodiac. You may be one of the true dreamers of the world, often getting caught up in impractical plans and ideas. You absorb the ideas and the mental outlook of those around you, for better or for worse. The decisions that you make may be workable, if sometimes emotional and erratic. Often these decisions are made on hunches and feelings with little or no foundation in fact. Creative, spiritual and often a bit mystical, you can be impractical and illogical.
You're a moody and introspective person, and it's hard for others to understand you. It may be hard for you to understand yourself sometimes. Your temperament varies from being optimistic to being acutely pessimistic.
Although you may be very shy and unassuming, you care deeply about your stature and succeeding in your endeavors. You may feel vulnerable and anxious when you are unsure of your status and circumstances. You have a deeply hidden inner pride and when this is attacked in any way, you react emotionally.
Compassionate, tolerant, kind, and loving, you are easily influenced by others because you don't want to hurt anyone. Always charming and likable, you are good to those in distress. You are as fond of animals as you are people. You are sympathetic to the world's unfortunate, including every stray animal and helpless soul you meet. You are more concerned with others' well-being than your own, and you want to save people from themselves. You are easily taken in by a hard-luck story and often leave yourself open to be used. You are always there with a shoulder to cry on for your friends in need. Frequently people take advantage of this compassionate nature.
If you are a typical Pisces, you're likely to suffer from an inferiority complex. You probably lack an adequate sense of self-confidence, as you are so very sensitive, shy and introspective. You never feel that you do enough, so you often overwork, putting stress on your physical body. In your quiet way, you accomplish much. Having a natural tendency to become a workaholic, you must have a generous amount of escape time, preferably with total solitude.
Pisces, more than any other sign, draws strength or weakness from the rest of the horoscope. The nature of Pisces is very adaptable and pliable. You may have to fight for a sense of stability and to resist the impulses of the moment.
