Working hard
It is never failure until you stop trying. I just need to keep reminding myself about that. Yes, weight loss is difficult for me and I always seem to have so many things going on in my life, but I need to make it a priority. And I need to know that just because I take a break from the effort does not mean I've failed. I just need to refocus and start again. I will accomplish this goal.

To run a 5K on 10/13. - done To pass my CPA exam. - 75% complete Do at least 30 minutes of cardio 2 times per week. To do at least 30 minutes of strength training 1 times per week.

Following the SP eating plan. Cardio - 2x per week Strength - 1x per week
