I am a proud mother of 4 children. That I love dearly, I also have a husband and we have been married for 16 yrs. We have been together for 18 yrs. I need to loose weight for me I do everything for my family I need to do for me now it is time. My children are going to be gone and it is going to me and my husband and I would like to enjoy our old age together. I am a proud mother of 4 children. That I love dearly, I also have a husband and we have been married for 16 yrs. We have been together for 18 yrs. I need to loose weight for me I do everything for my family I need to do for me now it is time. My children are going to be gone and it is going to me and my husband and I would like to enjoy our old age together. I don't think I can if I am fat and just want to sit on the couch all day everyday. My children are 17, 16, 12, and 9. I work full time not only do i work full time I work 2nd shift that in itself makes it very hard to work out and very hard to eat right. but I have every intention to make it work I have to. I also live in a cold state so come winter time I have no desire to get out and work out. I live in the middle of no where so there is no gym around. Unless I drive 50 miles to it. Which also means loosing sleep to do. I wish that there was a 24hr gym open maybe i would work out after work then I can sleep after words.

My Goals:
I want to loose a total of 92 lbs. That is my long term goal my short term goal is to loose 52 lbs. I know that I can't do it over night but I can and I will make it.
My Program:
I am currently working out with Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Ponds. It has 4 different work out programs on it and I currently do the 30 min, 2 Mile brisk walk. Now I want to take time to add the 60 min 4 Mile walk. I think I will try and do it on my days off so I don't hurt to bad for work.
