My Goals:
Mostly I just want to feel better. I know I can feel better I just need to do something better for myself to go from feeling tierd all the time to feeling like I want to do things.
My Program:
Keep my calories in the range given in this program without going crazy. Get use to using the tracker.
First 2 Weeks:
-Use the tracker
-Go for a short walk 6 days a week.
