Planning it out

I was introduced to The Plan by Lyn-Genet Recitas in July when I heard about it from a teammate. I decided to start after a challenge ended because the first 3 days they recommend no exercise. I started at the end of August and I have been doing it ever since.

First, feel better!

Next, I reviewed your tracker. I like that you will be combining TP with what else works for you. Customization is the key, according to me!

Also, I like your personal goals to do push-ups, pull-ups, etc., and now planks. You can do it!
