Planning it out

I was introduced to The Plan by Lyn-Genet Recitas in July when I heard about it from a teammate. I decided to start after a challenge ended because the first 3 days they recommend no exercise. I started at the end of August and I have been doing it ever since.

I was looking at your tracker and thought your goals are totally "do"able. Working into an easy workout routine and getting back to a sensible diet should have you right back into the swing of things. emoticon

Hi Karla,
I understand how your testing for TP and T'giving don't mix. I wish you the best as you find foods you can eat.

And, I second your personal goal for this week. You cannot be all things to all people! Take time out for yourself!

I'm glad you're losing inches. The scale will become more "friendly" in time. Keep on making healthy choices and good for you on your commitment to exercise! Great showing of fitness minutes.
