Hey Karla I saw your post about sticking with it. I have some of those issues too, but what I did was started with small changes I was comfortable with. Plus I didn't beat myself if I splurged just watched myself for next time. Also if you have foods you just can't get away from, don't scream, just slowly eat it in moderation until you're able to control it. Make sure you have a motivator everyday, like a new outfit, jewelry, old clothes you want to fit back into. If you need a friend let me. You don't have to go at alone.
