No More Pity Party!

I have several responsibilities, but somehow I forget to be responsible for myself. No More! I will be accountable to myself for exercising and eating healthy food. For months I have been gaining weight...I was allowing stress to give me excuses to eat poorly and not exercise (and OMG did I have stress...still do!!) but I can't go back to the 221 lb woman I was three years ago and I was well on my way to there. I'm not going to totally give up food treats because in that way lies the path ...
I have several responsibilities, but somehow I forget to be responsible for myself. No More! I will be accountable to myself for exercising and eating healthy food. For months I have been gaining weight...I was allowing stress to give me excuses to eat poorly and not exercise (and OMG did I have stress...still do!!) but I can't go back to the 221 lb woman I was three years ago and I was well on my way to there. I'm not going to totally give up food treats because in that way lies the path to "sneak treating". I'm going to regularly reward myself for good behavior with appropriate rewards not made of chocolate! And I will lose to a healthy, attractive weight again. I will be happy in my own skin again. And though stress will always be around me in some form, maybe feeling better about myself will allow me to deal with it better.

My Goals:
1. Lose 32 pounds

2. Reward myself for each 6 pound loss for the 1st 12 lbs and each 5 lb loss after that!

3. Exercise 200 min/wk



My Program:
Week 1-track every morsel of food and start exercing.

After week 1- Exercise a minimum of 200 minutes per week and stay under 1700 calories at least five days per week.

Goals for week fulfilled:
9/29- week 1- I did a really good job!
10/6- 60,

I'm a dreamer that needs to wake up once in a while.

Hard to believe that another week is coming to and end .
The weather man tells us our lovely weather is coming to end hope not
Ready for cold weather yet. Hope everyone had a great week.
The car is getting fixed on Monday so Spark guy will be pleased with me
As I will be getting a lot of walking in this week. It will be fun to get the car and have it all painted
And not just where they are repairing it. They offered a rental but I am so used to mine not sure I would drive it much. It may just sit in the driveway. Time to head out and give the back grass a hair cut then I am done until spring. Happy trails Spark friends
