I have been following a very natural & holistic diet - eating only clean, whole foods. Nothing processed and nothing preserved. LOTS of veggies and I even make my own salad dressing to avoid all the additives and preservatives in most bottled dressings. I also follow proper food combining.
As far as fitness goes I have been very faithful to the gym and I go 5-6 days per week. It is very important to me to go so I make it a priority. Often, I have a hard time taking a day *off* from the gym but I have to remember that rest is just as important as exercise itself.

Something different about "this time" that I am losing weight is I truely need to make it a lifestyle change and not go right back to my old habits once the weight is off like I have in the past. I am a stronger, better, happier and healthier person this way and I intend to stay on track!!!
