Journey 365

I'm entering the last year of my 40th decade - Very hard to believe! I'm beginning a 365 day journey to a healthier me by the time I hit the big 5-0. It's exciting, scary and a little overwhelming to think of what is in store for me over this coming year. I have to remember it isn't the end of the road, but the journey, that is the real prize.
