My Goals:
I want to be as healthy as I can possibly be now so I can be healthy later. And to support my family and my spark family along the way. I need to become a more healthy eater and know when to use my limitations to prevent injury orNOT to use as an excuse....

My Program:
I've encountered many injuries in the last 10 months. I am trying to get in at least 1 hr of cardio each day doing aerobics classes which I LOVE! Eating, well I could use a makeover!

Personal Information:
Training for Rock-n-roll San Antonio 1/2 marathon. Having fun with 5K's. My advice if you're injury prone-BE PATIENT and do what you're told :) I have learned the hard way that being Dr Karin has given me alot of grief!

Other Information:
Love reading, running, zumba, basketball, being outdoors....am always looking for something comedic to watch, see or read--so please send them my way.

which/where did you get your drops to use in your healthy eating journey?

I wanted to mention on Week 3 I tried a new supplement of drops rather than spray and experienced pretty big headaches. It does really depend on where they come from and I won't really endorse any one specific place to buy them. I did want to mention it b/c I didn't put it together until a few days into it.

HCG has been great for me. Prior to starting it I had been eating sensibly (not perfect), workin out for about 8 wks with NO weight loss. I decided it was time for drastic measures and ordered (blindly) off a website. In four weeks of following the principles of all natural foods, lots of herbs and spices, obstaining from beans, nuts, most dairy, pasta, grains. I lost 16 lbs. I also worked out on average every other day a high impact 1 hr workout. I felt hungry at times and downright cranky as I watched my hubby have a few Mich Ultra's or thought of a glass of red. But now I feel great. I have a few pounds more to go but took a week off and will resume next week. It is very controversial but I feel is worthy of trying. I also supplemented with a Vit B drop and CA supps. Please keep me posted. I would love to hear how you are doing!

Morning! I saw your blog from 04/13 saying you were doing hcg but NOT following the 500 calorie plan; I am curious how it is going? I just purchased a bottle of the drops and intend to start in the next few days. Thanks!
