Ready to love myself.........I AM LOVE

I've been losing and gaining weight all my life. I am finally READY to really Love myself and get the pounds off. I'm ready for the REAL ME to step out of this shell of flesh.

I said I wasn't a quitter but I did quit and now I'm back! I will never give up....that is not an option! I will accept all the help I can get!!!

My plan of attack is to be "honest" with myself!

My Goals:
My goal is to be consistant and "never give up". When I don't see what I want to see on the scale or in the fit of my clothes. I find an excuse to QUIT! I want to keep going until there is at least "Half" of me to carry!

My Program:
Counting calories work best for me because it makes me pay attention to what I'm putting in my mouth. I am following spark peoples goal of 1600-2000 calories per day. I am in the gym 3-4 days a week (I actually LOVE exercise now). Go figure.....LOL

Personal Information:
Born in Louisiana but I'm a California girl.

Other Information:
I Love to read! I read mostly motivational books. I'm currently reading "How to Expand Love" by The Dahali Lama. I'm loving it, it frees you from a lot of unnecessary baggage! My fvorite book is "The Alchemist"!

Thanks for the goodie, I don't know what I would do without my crockpot. Also, I have created a few recipes for the slow cooker, my favorite is my Neo-Soul Slow Cooker Collard Greens. Feel free to share any recipes that you may have.

And LOL on the same thighs. I hope yours aren't as stubborn as mine :)

Let's keep each other motivated...we will hit our goals and our thighs will have no choice but to follow along (Big Smile)!
