My Goals:
Lse the 25 pounds I gained 15 years ago from quitting smoking. BEST thing I ever did. :-) Helping friends get healthy also helps me STAY at task and on goal. I have lost 26.5 pounds so far. I CAN do this.

Hello there! I think we have talked about Spark People since the day we met, and have yet to talk on here. I'm on day 4 of feeding my body in a much healthier way and I'm starting to feel better. Junk food does not cure grief. It just stores it away in your fat cells! At least that's what I've now discovered. Let's kick some ass before the summer gets here (with our bad hips and all)! Love you!
