My Goals:
I want to get back into the shape I was before I blew out my knee and gained the freshman 50. It would be awesome to put clothes on and feel hot again and be able to run around without feeling so tired! Plus it would be MUCH easy to sing pretty!
My Program:
Going to the gym, eating right/better, drinking lots of water and getting plenty of sleep. Getting used to being a healthy person with a healthy lifestyle!
Other Information:
I love to read and watch movies. My favorite authors are Dan Brown, JK Rowling, James Patterson, and Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child
