My goals are to lose weight and get into shape physically and mentally. I really need to get into better shape and feel better physically and emotionally about myself.
I want to be toner and less flabby.
I have 62 lbs to lose total. My first goal is to make it to 199lbs by 3-31-09. Second goal is to be at 180 lbs by the end of June. Third goal is to be at 170 lbs by our vacation at the middle of August. And finally hit my goal weight of 160 by the end of October and stay there.
I currently am using a treadmill 30-40 miutes a day, 6-7 days a week. I also am doing some of my physical therapy stretches for my neck.
I have now incorporated some other exercises that I do 5-7 days a week.
I am dealing with herniated discs in my neck and a bad knee, so at the present time I can only walk instead of working out. I am trying to eat healthier also.
