Are you ready for the next great adventure?

Being sometimes derailed by injury and illness has taught me that consistency-- more than any other tool in the box-- is not a "nice-to-have" but a "must."

My very best days are healthy days with things like:
- Running, pilates, yoga and playtime

*10/10/12: Swam 10 laps without freaking out.
* 9/5/12: Hip is strong enough to resume running
* 8/24/12: Hip is strong enough to take DD to college.

My mother has been to Kripula and loves it. We will be in beginner classes. I don't plan on getting to intense about it. My husband has a bad back and it seems to help him.
