I am in my 30's and have lost 53 pounds in the last 3 years. I have changed so much in that time as far as my outlook on life goes. I have more energy and really enjoy being active again.

My Goals:
I would like to be in good enough shape that I don't have any loose fat areas. I want to be stronger so that my rheumatoid arthritis will do less damage to my body. My biggest goal is to stay as healthy as possible for my family.

My Program:
I have switched to a more vegetarian lifestyle. I control my portions better that way. I don't evening snack anymore unless it a piece of fruit, and that has to be a couple hours before bed if I have that. Drink lots of water. Do something active each day. Strength train. I just joined the New You Boot Camp and I have already seen progress.

I'm all about eating 5 to 6 times a day...better to eat more earlier in the day than the latter....I heard you loud and clear! Keep it up! You're doing great!
