Thanks for the friend add and right back at ya! I like to keep the emphasis on positive. It is so easy to be blown off course and fall into The Pit of Despair. Being positive helps me pick myself up, dust myself off and find my way back to the journey path to success. Hope you are having a stellar week.
Hi Karen, Well I got off my duff and went to the gym. Not sure if you are aware, but I have a bad back, so I am taking things slow to where I don't hurt it, But I am proud of myself, went from 2 mi an hr to 2.5 mi an hr,on the tread mill- it took about 23.7min to walk a mile,but I was aiming for that mile mark.. then went on the chaired bicycle for 20mins, so when I entered it into my trackers, I did over my daily goal... so if I do the same for the rest of the week, I should hit my weekly goal plus, and maybe start loosing some of this extra weight I have, and strengthen my back, and just plain feel better..
