Let's have some "Spark!"

My name is Karen and I've been with SP for quite a while though it's been a long time since I've checked in. I'm trying to come up with a plan and goals that I can actually stick with long term.

I'm married with two teenage sons. We have two adorable dogs and a cute lop-earred rabbit.

3/28/2011 Update: I've been reading The Spark and am learning how to set manageable goals and about how important it is to learn consistency.

Cut 200 calories per day. Eat between 1500 and 1700 calories/day.

Calories to Burn thur exercise: 1530 calories per week


5% weight loss:
147 x .05 = 7.4 pounds



My Program:
Strength training 3x per week using Coach Nicole's DVD: Fit, Firm & Fired Up

Goal: 10 min exercise every day. Keep up my exercise streak.

Drink my water: 8 cups/day.

Eat my freggies.


Personal Information:
I'm from Wisconsin. We've lived here so long it feels like our home state! Grew up next door in Minnesota. Took a detour and lived in Texas for a while too.

Other Information:
I'm miss short stuff... I'm just 5' 1" Have alway thought it would be fun to be 5' 6" LOL... then I wouldn't have to hem everything :-)
