I am a busy 39 year old mom of 2 boys (6 and 14) and have been happily married for 20 years. I work full time out of the home. My boys are what is most important to me. I want to be a fit and fabulous wife to my loving husband. I want to be a fun and energetic mother to my wonderful kids. I want to feel good, look good and be healthy for the rest of my life. My Goals:
To FINISH my half marathon in October... [DONE!] Get down to 145'ish and be in a size 8 jeans. Exercise 5-6 days a week.
My Program:
Right now I am getting ready to dive into P90X Lean Beginning April 11th. BFL (Body for Life) or Transformation with Bill Phillips is always my baseline and what I fall back on.
