Healthier Better Me!

I turned 55 a few days ago. I don't feel 55 and when I look in the mirror is when I get my reality check! This year I want to take off those extra pounds and make my body stronger! I want to be "The New 55"

I want to be healthy...I want to maintain a high energy level no matter what age I reach. I want to be able to wear clothes that I love.

My eating plan is low carb. Exercise plan is 30 min 3 times a week for starters.

I live in Henderson, NV and I am 55yrs old. Married with 3 grown children. No grandchildren yet...darn it!!!!
