I'm young, carefree, and fun, but I dont like that I feel lethargic all the time and too lazy to kick my butt in gear. I work at a desk all day, but yet I go home to sit more...I needed something to get me moving and thinking about my weight and health again- so here I am!

My Goals:
I want to be down around 20 pounds, and toned up. I want to have that curve in my arms and I want to have toned legs...I want to feel great and active!

My Program:
Well, I try to stay on track- doing the elliptical in the mornings, and I also bought a CRUNCH Dancing DVD, so I will see how that works out.

Hello! I am a fellow Rochester Sparker. The Rochester team page has not been very active lately, so this is just a reminder to stay motivated and come see what is going on at the Rochester team page. There's a team called Victoriaís Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining. The purpose of both teams is to help motivate everyone to finally get fit and be healthy with challenges and daily/ weekly weigh ins as well as sharing beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets and trends.

We are starting a new challenge called the Total Body Makeover; itís a great motivating way to lose weight. It should help you lose between 6-10 pounds for the month of April to get you ready for the summer (Vs Team).
