    Hi Karen and welcome to Spark. This is certainly your lucky day. Be sure to check out the nutrition tracker located under the My Trackers tab at the top of the page. It will help you with your diabetic meal plan. It will give you a calorie range and a suggested meal plan based on your input. You will find that there are many support groups on this site for diabetics and every other condition that you can think of. emoticon
