Karen, I will kick you in the butt if that's what you need, but when each of us get down to it, we make our own decisions. AND IT IS HARD. You have to kick your own butt over and over again every day when you are making the choice of what to eat and whether to get moving.
But try not to kick yourself too much AFTER you make the decision if you make a less than ideal decision, that will only make you miserable.

thanks for the comment on my blog, i didnt blog on there that on january the 8th, the very next day i suffered a fractured foot and couldnt walk for around 5 months, and i dropped into a deep depression due to alot of personal issues, but most of my close sp friends knew that already. i think that has alot to do with my gain, but my foot is healed now and i am doing the best i can. thanks again.
