Move it, Move it!

I feel a hundred times better when I am up & moving around. Whether it's riding my stationary recumbent bike (at least 10 minutes) or walking, my goal is to "move it, move it" & often! 8-) LOL!

emoticon Karen for your kind comment on my 'Oh la la' blog. I think my hike was about 7 miles, so not very long. I tend to go for 3 or 4 hours hikes, as my legs get really sore on longer ones.

Hi Karen, thanks for the comment on my page! It is a Christmas cactus, about 25 years old and if we are lucky it will bloom three times- first in mid November, then again in January and February. It reacts to the lower light levels this time of year and starts setting buds.
My new hip is great and no I will never take it for granted. As long as I can get back to gardening I'll be a happy camper!...MJ

I truly enjoy walking and cycling... I just get frustrated that while I'm making progress one of my health issues knocks on the door to slow me down, or worse, sideline for a while. Time goes on & eventually I get back on track and work (once again) at re-losing what I've re-gained. It's like my body lets me get to a certain point and then says, "that's it!" and won't let me continue... I don't want to be in the "re" stage!!!!

Any suggestions? emoticon
