In June 2011 I was mostly a couch potato and I was at 323 pounds. I am happy to be out of the 300's and can't wait to be out of the 200's. I also love to run now. Which is strange. I did my first 5k at 260 pounds. I will do more races too!

My Program:
Heart Healthy program. Whole grains, very little sugar. Limited junk food (mostly none) I began running in August 2011 and I love it! I run 3-4 times a week and do other cardio the other days. Plus one rest day. I added some ST on some days too.
Personal Information:
I have several medical conditions, Crohn's diseas, allergies and more. I have decided to set my goals small. I will focus on 10 pounds at a time now. I plan to give myself small rewards for these mini goals.
Other Information:
I also reward myself for Non-Scale Victories. 1. Jogging/walking my first 5k and 10k 2. Sticking to my calories for a whole week. 3. Exercising 6 days a week. 4. Passing up on a fattening food and opting for a healthy food. 5. Working hard any week and feeling good. 6. When emotional if I don't use food to sooth I will reward myself.
