Just calorie tracking..not too restrictive because I have binge eating disorder.
I have several medical conditions, Crohn's diseas, allergies and more.
I have decided to set my goals small. I will focus on 10 pounds at a time now. I plan to give myself small rewards for these mini goals.
I also reward myself for Non-Scale Victories.
1. Jogging/walking my first 5k and 10k 2. Sticking to my calories for a whole week. 3. Exercising 6 days a week. 4. Passing up on a fattening food and opting for a healthy food. 5. Working hard any week and feeling good. 6. When emotional if I don't use food to sooth I will reward myself.
