My Goals:
My goal is to get down to 150-160 pounds. I haven't been down that low for decades so am not sure if 160 will be the ultimate goal or 15o. At that weight, I should be off of my blood pressure medication.

My Program:
I am just trying to avoid eating soy right now. It is trickier than you might think. Also, I am eating smaller portions and try to bring home half the meal if I dine out.

An old Tibetan remedy (I worked for a Tibetan Non Profit Organization for years) is hot water and lemon. No tea, just hot water with a little squeeze of lemon. Most amazing thing. It really does help!

BTW Love the pictures of your kitties - I have three indoor and one outdoor. I am the crazy cat lady down the block :):)
