I am 32 and depressed about my weight. No matter what diet I try, I always end up gaining the weight back. My biggest downfall is that I am a very picky eater. I actually don't like vegetables! This makes snacking and eating a balanced diet really hard. I also have a great life. I take vacations on average every 3 months. My problem is while on vacation i gorge on the foods (and wine :)) that I had been avoiding, and I usually gain 5-10 pounds in a week! I now own a treadmill and am attempting to learn how to run a 5K. I'm trying very hard to fit exercise in on a regular basis. I'm having a hard time right now with food choices. No matter what I know, I still seem to chose the "bad" option.

Drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. Making sure I work out at least 3 times a week.
Personal Information:
I live in Grande Prairie, Alberta where the weather sucks so outdoor activities are limited to only a few months a year!
