It's all about choices

I am taking life one day at a time. I remind myself that life is about choices and choices have consequences, if I make good choices with food and exercise it will lead to good consequences.

Plan

1) track food daily
stay between 1200-1500cal

2) 6 glasses of water a day

3) 5 freggies a day

4) cardio 5x week (at least 30 min)

I am a mother of 3, nurse by trade.

Starting to get this healthy thing down.

I have a wonderful husband who is my greatest encouragement. That is one of the many things I love about him.

I live in southeast Michigan.


Other Information:
My go to form of exercise is walking, I love to read and I am always looking for a good book to read.
