Time to Shape Up and Meet life's challenges head on

I find myself this year at age 56. I was living in the middle of Iowa, in the country, for five years. Then my husband, James, was stricken down suddenly by liver cancer, turning my world upside down on July 2nd, 2015. Heartbroken, I carry on, moving into town.

Up until now, no problem bested me. So I have hope that I can make a new life after 37 years of marriage.

I realize I must still focus on my health, that it is never too late. I mostly use wii fit and exercise ...

I like all the resources on this site, but especially all the like minded people that really understand working toward fitness and health.

I was just thinking, I don't ant to go to the Spark and see a bunch of people pushing for their favorite candidates and agendas. So for now, I'll try to stay out of that part of it. Glenn I hope you are doing well through this transition.

For political things I mostly read msn.com and the nytimes.com, which gives you ten free articles per month. Thanks for your comment. You're going through a lot, so it would be normal for you not to be real connected to the political things going on now. Glenn
