My Goals:
I want to lose 15 pound, and be able to fit into every clothes item in my closet.

My Program:
I am wear a pedometer, and doing at least 15,000 steps a day. I workout in the morning at least 3 times a week, including jogging 2 times a week. I walk on my lunch hour 2-3 times a week and walk in the pm at lwast once a week. I also have decrease my calorie intake by 100-200 calories daily and increased my daily fiber to 35-50 daily for the feeling of fullness.

Other Information:

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

At the Weekly Challenge(s) Team, we'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes. New Challenges are starting every Sunday.
