So tired of being a FAT MOM and WIFE!

In a nutshell, I am soon to be 33yrs old, I have 4 awesome kids ages 12,6,4 and 6 months. I have been with my husband for 11 years and married for 7 yrs. We own a modest home in a quiet small town. My school age children are attending the same school district that I graduated from. I lead a somewhat sheltered life :)

For about 7 years I have been a SAHM and also providing child care in my home to 6 other kids at a time. I stopped babysitting in 2011. I recently obtained my CNA ...

For about 7 years I have been a SAHM and also providing child care in my home to 6 other kids at a time. I stopped babysitting in 2011. I recently obtained my CNA license and plan to work per diem nights and weekends. I need some time away from my home :)

I have struggled with my weight since gaining 70 lbs during my pregancy with my 1st son in 2000. By 2005 I was down to 128 pounds, and extra 5lbs more than my pre-preg weight. Just in time to get pregnant with my only daughter who I gave birth to in 2006 gaining 60 pounds. (Her weight wasnt too shabby either at almost 9lbs!)
I was down again to 150 when I got pregnant with my 2nd son in 2007, gaining 50 pounds! Managed to get back into the high 160's

I just had my fourth child 3/4/12. I developed gestational diabetes and weighed 213lbs at delivery. My son was only 6lbs 6oz so sadly, the majority of that "baby weight" was actually big fat mommy weight. I joined weight watchers on 7/24/12. My starting weight was an astounishing 199.8 pounds! I am barely 5'4". I had been on SparkPeople before and am back again to supplement my WW meeting on a free site.

I am seeing success in doing WW but it is very slow! Literally the 1/2lb-2lbs per week they say.

My Goals:
My 1st goal set by WW was 5% lose of my starting weight which would put me at 189.9lbs
2nd WW goal would be 10%lose =179.9lbs

I am just focusing on those goals for now. Taking baby steps is more motivating to me personally.

My Program:
I am doing Weight Watchers PointPlus program and going to meetings. I started that on 7/24/12.
As of 9/4/12 I have lost 8.4lbs
I am trying to make better food choices and will be working on becoming more active

I am originally from the little state of Rhode Island but moved to Pennsylvania in 1995.
