I want to do 30 min of cardio 5 times a week.
I like doing yoga and pilates, so finding time to do those is important.
Eating 6 servings of fruits and veggies each day.

Hi Karen! Welcome to our QuickFire Challenge Team. My old Army sergeant alwasy told us the only dumb question is the one that isn't asked, so always feel free to ask away. As for today's QFC, the answer is no, not 100 of each, one hundred total, in whatever combination works best for you. I'm trying to push myself right now, so I do 120 of each challenge, which works out great for 40 hops, 40 skips, and 40 jumps. Today's a great day for it too for me - everyone who works in the same section I do is off today, so if I look foolish, there's no one to see it! LOL! Hope this has been helpful.
