My Goals:
My original goal was to lose that last 10 pounds after 2 kids to be bikini ready for a vacation. Although I already led a pretty active lifestyle and watch what I eat (most of the time) I was still struggling with the infamous "last 5-10 lbs". Since I've reached my weight loss goal, my new one is to further build muscle to reach the Fitness Figure model look.

Also, I've signed up for my first 1/2 marathon which I'm totally looking forward to.

My Program:
Cardio 3-4 days per week and strength training 5-6 days per week.

I try to eat as clean as possible but, like most people, have my little indulgences now and then...like chocolate!

I always try and find ways to be active, especially with the kids. Staying healthy and active is very much a part of our families life.

The Race for the Cure is a 5K. I also decided last night that I'm going to do the Mother's Day Dash 5K on Sunday! It's MY day, so I should do what I like. This is the first race I'll be running totally alone, so we'll see what difference that makes. I won't feel like I'm adjusting my pace one way or another to keep with someone else.
I've gotta start gearing up for 1/2 marathon training starting in a couple months.
Have fun mountain biking! I've never tried that--guess I'd need a bike first :-)

Ooops--no wonder you don't look over 40 because you're not!! Sorry 'bout that. When I read your post that said "One of my goals when I turned 40 was to run a HM," I read it as being in the past tense, not something coming up in the future. I will re-word my question--are you really ALMOST 40?? In a few months, I'm sure you're look even more fabulous!!
