Brain Injury~

I have been disabled for 13 years due to a brain injury...i still suffer from severe migraines that sometimes get so bad i can't get out of bed...(about 2x a week)...i take medication everyday to keep the pain at a minimum....i have gained 140 lbs in the 13 years because of lack of exercise....i have slowly been able to increase my activity...i am a mother of 3 children...2 are in college and 1 graduated already...

Welcome to The Chair Exercise Team!!!
We are an active and friendly team and love our exercise .. we not only cater for disabilities, a lot of our members just love the chair exercise and the camaraderie of this team.
We are here to help you to realise your dream of fitness and health in fact, we encourage exercise of some sort or another.
This help to keep the heart rate up and the blood flowing through our bodies.
We also encourage our members to look after their Nutrition.
We have several challenges going on and heaps of fun thing to do!

MAKE TIME to exercise, drink plenty of water, and make great food choices.
