Re boot regroup and Prioritize myself first

I have lost weight and shaped a better body. Things were going great until I went through a major life change and then I got remarried. I stopped what I needed to do for myself and the 25 lbs came back on, after all that hard work. I work full time but I am slowly changing my diet habits and I am finally going back to the gym. Lauderdale and have made a lot of change but finding the time and dedication I used to have along with the motivation has been difficult until I woke up and realized it has to matter to me something my old trainer would tell me, so it does matter to me. Its little steps though. I wanted to start slowly luckily I have the motivation and I can find the time to make changes. I also have learned how hard it is when you have to make yourself a priority. I guess women I am being sexist here have that to do we guilt the guilt built and forget about ourselves. Okay so now I have to redo and reboot myself but I know I can do that today,, one small step at a time. In the process I have to find out what stopped me and how I can prevent that from happening again,,,

I am a 48 year old mom to a beautiful 8 year old daughter. I like to cook and work out and discover new things restarting my life and defining who I am and starting over but this time I can make my own choices and learn about myself. I had to let go of my cleaning service because of the economy, and people are making cut backs cause they can't afford it. plus older people who passes away, some people's kids are off to college , those kind of things.
So I got my full time job and then a part time job nights and weekend.
We will see how it goes. If I get too burned out or don't have time to work out I might have to let go of the part time job

wow it must feel amazing to be 127 pounds!!! i'm currently 148 I started at 155 so i was looking for people that were in the same range as me with a similar goal. YOU DID IT! CONGRATULATIONS
