Wow...what a year!
Despite the fact that last year's goal to Exercise was only done now and then...
I did stay a committed Spark person.
It was a time of building relationships
A time of bonding with those who have goals as I do
And a time of establishing a support system so
The Journey Here is A Successful One!
So THIS YEAR I want to wrap it all up...
Despite being Caregiver to my loved ones,
that has left me stressed out with anxiety,
being overwhelmed & not functioning up to par,
thus giving way to comfort foods...the desires
of my heart have not changed.
By the strength, graces & power of God I will
be able to accomplish...
With the Help of Dear Spark Friends also...

The Positive Weight Loss Approach

Once you have made up your mind to lose weight, you should make that commitment and go into it with a positive attitude. We all know that losing weight can be quite a challenge. In fact, for most of us, it can be downright tough. It takes time, practice and support to change lifetime habits. But it's a process you must learn in order to succeed.
